Kierep is a caregiver management platform addressing Canada's caregiver shortage by offering on-demand shift coverage for homecare agencies and certification assistance for new caregivers. Since its July 2023 launch, over 310 caregivers have joined. Kierep aims to streamline hiring and enhance care delivery nationwide.
